Concept Designs
Football NSW are currently progressing through the concept design stage of the development, consulting various groups, such as internal staff, Football NSW members, external commercial partners, and other suitable groups.
The design will evolve through consultation with all parties and after a variety of feasibility and financial studies into the development inclusions.
The design has been based on the concept that the facility must be open to elite users, Football NSW grass roots members and the general public. It is our vision that all three of these user groups can use the very best facilities side by side at the Riverstone complex.
Before viewing the latest concepts please note that the land is divided into two zones,
i) Flood Prone Land.
32 hectares of the site is located within a 1:100 flood prone lands, which although not suitable for commercial development, are perfect for the development of multiple football fields and associated amenities.
ii) Commercial Land
2.5 hectares of the site is above the 1:100 flood level and will be used to house the commercial building such as the indoor centre, school, admin and club facilities.
